Different franchise
The Salad and Go drive-thru franchise was founded by Tony Christofellis and his wife. Now, they are adding a number of drive-thru eateries that will serve lobster rolls. The first one is slated to debut in Mesa the following week.
The price of claw-knuckle meat had been monitored, according to Christofellis, but starting in May of last year, it reached or nearly reached record highs until lately beginning to decline. Therefore, he made the decision to eliminate some middlemen and purchased a wharf in Maine. By the way, the distance from the first drive-through to that wharf is more than 2,700 miles.

The CEO

Arizona is home to six Salad and Go shops, which serve, you guessed it, salad. Roushan Christofellis, a co-founder, expects it will provide a fresh take on traditional fast food.
As she explains to Business Insider, “We know that so many of those folks eating at regular drive-thru fast food establishments are forced to go there because they, like me, needed something easy and economical and that was their only alternative.”
