Stanley Tucci has become synonymous with entertainment. This Italian-American actor has worn every hat possible in a range of characters. He has broken stereotypes and many women’s hearts throughout his lifetime.
Stanley along with being a great actor is an exquisite chef. You have to be living under a rock if you don’t know about his show- Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy. He traces back his love for food to his Italian mother. He admires her cooking and was inspired to explore Venice and Umbria in Season 1 and 2 respectively.

His life in movies has always had magic on us. But, today we want to take the limelight off the stage to the background. Stanley’s amazing career comes with hiccups from his personal life.
Stanley opened up about being a cancer survivor in September 2021 Vera magazine interview. This Oscar nominee was diagnosed with tongue cancer in 2017. Stanley explains, “It was too big to operate, so they had to do high-dose radiation and chemo”
This is even more emotional and heartbreaking because Stanley lost his first wife to a battle against breast cancer. He didn’t want to go through the same pain of treatment. He was also worried about his 5 kids and his current wife Felicity Blunt.

The kids and wife had to watch Stanley go through dreadful chemotherapy and radiation therapy. He lost his sense of taste which is a big deal come from a food lover. It was emotionally excruciating 35 days for the renowned Actor’s family. He had to use a feeding tube for over 6 months.
Due to God’s grace, his treatment was successful. He started gaining good health after 2018 and is back as new. The world rejoiced his recovery. But he directed all the credits to his wife.
Felicity had been his support pillar all the way along. He said, “Felicity’s undying attention, affection, and encouragement got me through it…” He expresses his love out loud for his beautiful companion.

He rejoices that Felicity shares the same love for food and cuisine as him. He says her love and care is the only thing that got him to the other side (of cancer).
We are happy to see Stanley doing so well in life. Sending him prayers and cheers for many more successful times.
