I’ve been watching what I eat but I ALWAYS have time for hot Cheetos.
There is nothing like a fresh bag of hot Cheetos.
I’m so happy I’m not alone when sniffing a freshly opened Bag of hot Cheetos; one rule in my house is no one can open a big without me sniffing first. Another commentator shared her story.
What is an Exempt Employee?
A person who fits the requirements for the executive, professional, administrative, or outside sales exemptions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and is exempt from the overtime rules of the FLSA.
What does a non-exempt worker do?
A worker who is not eligible for the FMLA and is not eligible for overtime. The ability to work overtime is the main distinction between exempt and non-exempt employees.
The Fair Labor Standards Act governs that position under federal law (FLSA). Non-exempt employees have the right to overtime pay, but exempt employees do not. Several requirements must be satisfied to qualify as exempt. You can frequently do an assessment based on several factors, such as:
How much they are paid?
The nature of their work.
Their specific obligations and work responsibilities.
Exempt Workers:
Most people who are classed as exempt work in executive or other high-level positions for their company. Some professions, including outside sales, are by definition designated as exempt. Employers see exempt status favorably because it allows employees to work as many hours as they like for the amount they receive during a particular pay period. Exempt workers frequently put in more hours than the typical 40 in a workweek. It’s crucial to keep in mind that the job must adhere to the exemption’s specifications; businesses cannot ignore the exemption’s prerequisites merely to avoid having to pay overtime.
But arriving early probably saves Ibarra’s employer money and provides her plenty of time to unwind before her work starts.
Several workers admitted that they also wait until the start of their shift before reporting for duty.

Another user commented, “If I get off at 5, my keys and handbag are ready at 4:58 to walk out.”
Some viewers who don’t like her act commented otherwise.
One said, But if you enter at 8:00 you’re not ready to work so you’re late.
The second viewer said; You’re late then, because if you’re not at your workstation to begin work at 8, means you’re stealing time from your work.
A third viewer remarked; 100%, but remember they don’t pay us to walk in and get settled.
Another one says; Lol, I remember getting in trouble because I always clocked in & out at my scheduled time.
Wrapping Up
A user said, And people wonder why they don’t get paid more. Minimum effort = minimum pay.
To which she replied; Preach it Jriley.
A tiktoker said; You don’t work in a care setting, because it’s called common decency to be a few minutes early to let the other stuff off.
Someone even said; Loser mentality.
Ana Ibarra replied; Coming from you lol.
Tell me you hate your job without telling me you hate your job lol.
Since some people appreciated this act, many have discouraged her about doing this.
