Whether or not celebrities are interested in such things doesn’t change the reality that being the most followed woman on the planet must be quite awesome. While Jenner seems to be very active on social media, it appears that she has been surpassed in terms of followers by the previous platform leader, who claims to have deleted Instagram from her phone years ago. While others discuss the alleged drama on social media, Kylie has responded, calling the accusations baseless.
To put the rumors in some context, last month some people body-shamed Selena over her recent photos. She then retaliated, telling the trolls, “b****h, I’m great the way I am.” We can all agree that the response received is an A+.
Hailey Bieber’s Controversy
At that time, Hailey Bieber whom Selena is frequently compared to because of her former relationship with Justin Bieber, who is now Hailey’s husband posted a video to TikTok in which she was singing along to a song.
I’m not saying she deserved it, but God’s timing is always perfect, says one of the lines. Even though, later she erased the video, it was still captured before it was taken down, and some believed it to be a veiled attack on the singer, however, she has since refuted this.

Tiktok Nuha’s Remarks
According to TikToker Nuha (@devotedly.yours), Kylie may have made fun of Selena since she would “definitely care” if she didn’t have the most followers on Instagram. Yet in a subsequent video, she offered another explanation. See, Selena just recently posted a tape in which she admitted to having laminated her brows “too much.”
Nuha accused Kylie that three hours later, Kylie posted two Stories on the app, the first of which featured her face and the question, “Was this an accident???”
Oddly, Nuha remarks, “she put the text on her frickin’ eyebrows.”
In another, she tweeted a screenshot of both the model’s and her eyebrows, which is where Hailey comes in.

Additionally, Kylie’s subsequent post gave supporters more reason to believe that she is disparaging Selena. The celebrity makeup artist posted a picture that appeared to be a screenshot of her Facetime conversation with Hailey Bieber (Hailey Baldwin), with a suspiciously close-up view of their eyebrows.
Followers have also accused Kylie was angry with Selena because the latter formally ousted her as the most popular female Instagram user. The “Lose You to Love Me” singer had the most followers as of Wednesday at 6:25 P.M. EST, followed closely by the reality TV star, who had 380,425,729 followers.
Well, it does appear suggestive, and some individuals jumped right on the criticism bandwagon.
One commenter accused that “insecurity is louder than words.” “A confident lady would never belittle another woman.”
One more accused: “For those who claim that she unintentionally shared the selfie, COME ON. The successful marketer doesn’t post anything by accident. Be completely sincere.”
Nevertheless, Kylie herself has now chimed in on the discussion and refuted it.
In her response to Nuha’s tweet, she stated: “This is over the top. I never made fun of Selena, and I didn’t read her posts about her eyebrows. Your team is creating something from nothing. It is absurd.”
Also, it appears Selena is eager to put an end to the turmoil as she responded to Kylie’s message: “I concur, @kyliejenner. Everything of it is superfluous. I enjoy Kylie’s music!”
