Almost the whole world, including you and me, utilizes our daily basic needs, labelled as Made in China. China has it all, whether it is our household items or something from our personal use. Although China is famous for producing beneficial products, it has something unique in-store this time. Presently China has taken out a feasible way to make pigs in the Country. The talented Chinese scientists have now presented a unique way of producing their all-time favourite meat on their own for the first time.
China has never in ages led downstream of their Country. Every new invention stepped out from China’s doors is a step forward in worldwide promotion. Today, we have exciting news to share with you guys, which will leave you amazed as it does with me. Also, we will have some know-how about how and why A.I. Cloning came into being. Let us start going through this whole procedure together.

What Actually Did Chinese Researchers Worked on pigs
We know that China is always on top of the list to provide things that never fail to amaze us at any cost. This time too, China has something unique; the news spread all over the Internet like a storm. We have been hearing a lot about their research for a long time, but we have to elaborate on it again to make the concept fully clear. What Chinese Researchers and scientists have done this time is beyond words.
So the process started at a very famous college of Artificial Intelligence named Nankai University, where the researchers began their experiments. This research study is not a result of sudden experiments. Earlier this year, in March, they successfully did the procedure via surrogate through which seven healthy piglets were born. And to our amusement, those little piglets were welcomed into the world via the surrogate only with the help of Artificial Intelligence. This certainly shows what science can do in today’s advanced time. Now we will head toward what is next in this case.

Why Does The Need Arise For A.I. Cloning?
To point out all the nitty-gritty details of this case, one common question that arises in mind is the reason for the A.I. production of Piglets. The reason somehow seems interesting to me. So the procedure started when China had to face low pork production in the Country. Moreover, China is widely known as one of the most popular Countries for consuming pork on a large scale. But its outbreak in the Country led the public to face a massive meat loss.
The Country’s vast population is over 400 million, and compared to this population, 30-35 kg consumption of pork per Capita is considered very low. Low-scale meat consumption certainly made the Chinese government import it from other pork-producing countries. Even 2021 marks pork import at a 3.31 million metric tons rate in China. A good share of meat eaten in China is pork, whose outbreak was not tolerable for both the government and the public. So, to make both ends meet, Chinese scientists and researchers started the A.I. cloning of pigs to increase the growth of their breed.
A.I. Cloning; What is it?
China has made its Name even more prominent ever since the new research on A.I. cloning; it is now time to know what A.I. cloning is. We will have a short explanation of this concept. Cloning is a duplicate of a required thing. In this case, cloning refers to the exact duplication of the cells through which the breed shall increase. The recent news of having seven piglets via surrogate was successful because of this method. What basic requirements this procedure needs to generate an exact copy of the cell is a specific temperature, humidity, and some pressure if required. And the reason why it is known as A.I. cloning is that the cells are generated and inserted using only some specific machines.
A Better Substitute
After having a remarkable result of surrogation with A.I. cloning, scientists have claimed this method to be the all-time best substitute. Liu Yaowei, one of the researchers from the Nankai University’s team, believes this method of cloning pigs will surely increase the population of pigs in their Country, which will make them a self-sufficient Country for the production of pork. Another scientist from China, Mr Pan Dengke, the father of the A.I.-based cloning method, gives a statement that shows his and his colleague’s beliefs that the present cloning method can result as revolutionary if distributed successfully at a scale.
Liu further stated the efficiency of their new advanced technique, saying, “Our AI-powered system can calculate the strain within a cell and direct the robot to use minimal force to complete the cloning process. Which reduces the cell damage caused by human hands.”
